Bulldog Bar Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Orders - minimum of 90 cases per order and all orders need to be in 90-case increments.
Pricing - all prices are listed in US dollars.
MAP Pricing Policy - customers may not use the Bulldog Bar name or products to advertise or otherwise promote Bulldog Bar on the Internet at a net price that is lower than our set MAP. Sales and promotional events that involve lowering the net price should be short-term and infrequent, and will require the prior approval of Bulldog Bar if less than $2.49 per bar. Our pricing policy can change at any time without notice. Bulldog Bar reserves the right to request that you cease advertising or promoting Bulldog Bar products if we find that you’ve violated our pricing policy. Additionally, we may stop accepting and/or shipping orders to you in such circumstances.
Suggested Retail - Bulldog Bar products sold at retail locations should be sold at its suggested retail price, which is $2.99 per bar.
Listings - you may use product descriptions or copy that are located in our brand guidelines. Once you receive confirmation of your order, you will also receive our brand guidelines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us at sales@bulldogbar.com
Sale of Bulldog Bar - you acknowledge that you are acquiring Bulldog Bar products to sell in your retail store(s) and/or to distributer on-prem without charge. Any sale of Bulldog Bar products on any third-party websites, including without limitation, Amazon.com, or in any third-party marketplaces, is expressly prohibited. Bulldog Bar may stop accepting and/or shipping orders to you should you violate this policy.
Shipping - All orders will be shipped promptly to be delivered within 10 days from the order processing date. Tracking information will be emailed once your Bulldog Bars have shipped.
FOB - destination
Cancellation - we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason or for no reason, including, without limitation, your failure to pay, your breach of these terms or otherwise, in each case in our sole discretion. If Bulldog Bar cancels an order, Bulldog Bar shall fully reimburse customer for such order.
Payment Terms - payments will be processed in full at the time of order.
Claims - all shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortages and damage. Bulldog Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but will use all reasonable efforts to ensure on time delivery. If damage is concealed upon delivery, please contact customer service at sales@bulldogbar.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Also, please provide pictures of damaged products where possible.
Returns - Bulldog Bar products cannot be returned without prior authorization from Bulldog Bar. In the event of an approved return, customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
Agreement & Acknowledgement - by checking the box at the bottom of this page, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the enforcement of any and all such terms at the sole discretion of Bulldog Bar. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms of provisions will remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated.
